I usually spend a lot of time going through the “fees” section of a credit card making sure there are no surprises. This one simply has a 0. After reading the fine print, it is really true. Simply no fees……not even if you are late on a payment (but your APR WILL go up).

Be Aware of:
If your account is in default, you will be assessed a variable APR of the Prime Rate (currently 4.50% Oct 08) plus 21.99% for ALL balances. If the Default APR is applied, it will apply for a minimum of 12 consecutive billing periods beginning with the current billing period.
Depending on Credit Rating, your APR will be Prime + 5.99%, 7.99% or 9.99%
If your credit is not perfect, you will not get an acceptance within 60 seconds like advertised on some websites. In reality, a pop-up screen will say that they will contact you within 48 hours. They do. So, for most, you will not actually get a DECISION in less than 2 minutes, but a RESPONSE. A bit a pet-peeve of mine that other websites wont state that clearly, but what can I do, right?
