Cardmembers earn a 3% rebate for each dollar of net purchases at retail establishments that classify their merchant location for Visa/MasterCard as a gas station, and a 1% rebate for each dollar of net purchases everywhere else. (Net Purchases means purchases of goods and services made by you or any authorized user on your account minus any returns or refunds.) 

Cardmembers will earn an additional 3% rebate on net purchases at retail establishments that classify their merchant location for Visa/MasterCard as a gas station during the first 90 days following enrollment in the program.  1% thereafter.

1% rebate net purchases are excluded from the cap and earn unlimited rebates.

For the first 90 days after you get your card, you can earn 6% rebates on gasoline purchases

Length of your introductory period will be either 6 billing cycles from account opening for purchases and balance transfers or 3 billing cycles from account opening for balance transfers depending on our review of your application and credit history.

There is no annual fee on this card.

You can use this card at any gas station.

Be aware of:

Maximum monthly rebate on net purchases that earn the 3% rebate is $15, which is $500 of net purchases that earn a 3% rebate.

There is no stated cap on balance transfer fees (3% of total).  Some sites say there is, but the actual terms on the actual Chase website do not state it.

Actual APR will be Prime (currently 4.50% Oct 08.) + 5.99%, 9.99% or 14.99%
